The first step is for you to contact us and tell us about your property.
Once we receive your property information we will research it and get back with you. If we come to an agreement, we then sign a Purchase Agreement and initiate the closing process.
The closing will either be via a licensed title company or we will send a notary to meet at convenient location near you.
A typical notary closing should only take few days. Title company closings can take days or a few weeks depending on how difficult it is to obtain clear title.
Either way, you receive your cash quickly through a professionally managed process.
Land Branch completes the final step of the transaction by recording the closing documents at the county offices.
